Ferndale Easter Egg-Stravaganza

Ferndale Easter Egg-Stravaganza – Each hunt is FREE and will feature three parks, with areas for younger children. The schedule is as follows – 1p – Wilson Park (For Ages 1-4 Only); 1:30p – Geary Park; 2p – Martin Road Park.
At each site, children will have the opportunity to gather as many prize-filled eggs as they can. One egg in each section contains a special golden ticket that will grant its finder with a special Easter basket. Geary Park and Martin Road Park will each have an area dedicated to younger children (ages 1-4) and older children (ages 5-11). At Martin Road Park, children and parents will have the opportunity to meet and take pictures with the Easter Bunny. This is a FREE event, no pre-registration is required, but please consider donating to support Ferndale P&R programming. Hosted by Ferndale Parks & Recreation. public ice skating under the black lights at Suburban Ice with awesome dance music, a fun event for teens and pre-teens. Skate rental is available. Hosted by Suburban Ice Macomb.

Kids Night at the Hawk

Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. Hosted by Farmington Hills Special Services Department.

O.A.K. in the Hills

O.A.K. in the Hills at Spencer Park. Enjoy archery, camping, yoga, rock wall, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking,

reptiles, pickleball, zip line and more during O.A.K. in the Hills Outdoor Adventure Kickoff. All ages are welcome and admission is FREE. This event is sponsored by Oakland County Parks and Recreation and the City Rochester Hills.

Ferndale Memorial Day Parade

Ferndale Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony – Downtown Ferndale Michigan
The parade begins on Livernois at Maplehurst, north to Oakridge St, west to Pinecrest, south to Nine Mile Rd, east to Livernois, and south on Livernois to the Veteran’s Memorial Mall for ceremony at 11a. Hosted by the Ferndale Memorial Association.

Beverly Hills Memorial Day Parade

Beverly Hills Memorial Day Parade and Carnival – The parade begins at 11a in the east parking lot of Groves High School, travels north on Evergreen to Beverly and concludes at Beverly Park. Carnival follows the Parade at Beverly Park from noon-2p. For more info, visit villageofbeverlyhills.com
