RARA Pumpkin Roll – at Bloomer Park. Roll your old pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns down the big sled hill. Bring a wagon to haul your pumpkins to the sled hill. Targets will be setup at the bottom of the hill. If your pumpkin gets in the target or closest to the target, you will win a prize. Enjoy a bonfire and cider & donuts after the event. Motown Museum Job Fair

Motown Museum Job Fair at the Motown Museum Hitsville. The museum has several positions to fill – now is your chance to learn about them and meet the Motown Museum team. You have the opportunity to land the perfect summer or permanent job – being surrounded by the inspirational space where so many greats like Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Diana Ross and countless others got their story started. Positions available include roles in administration, retail, guest services, programming and education, and archive and collection management. All applicants are encouraged to bring a resume and apply on the Motown Museum website prior to attending the job fair. Applicants may apply onsite for open positions using their digital devices. Per Oakland Twp Parks and Rec: Oakland Township’s Winter Carnival on January 27 has been cancelled due to poor field conditions. The Bear Creek Nature Park field is currently waterlogged and slushy as a result of the warming weather, snow melt, and rain.
