The Big Reveal Milford Christmas Event – Stores on Main Street in Downtown Milford reveal festive holiday Christmas and holiday window displays to their stores. Come downtown and watch the kids “unwrap” the storefronts. Local merchants will wrap their storefronts on Tuesday, get busy, and reveal their holiday best on Thursday night. Highland Kris Kringle Market
Highland Kris Kringle Market & Tree Lighting will have the Kris Kringle Market from 5p-9p and the tree lighting at 7p. Event will be held at Veteran’s Park (Livingston and John St). Annual tree-lighting ceremony features caroling, light refreshments, crafts, and a visit from Santa Claus. After Santa arrival, activities take place across the street at 205 W Livingston. Duck Lake Pines Park Egg Hunt
Duck Lake Pines Park Egg Hunt – a Huron Valley Egg Hunt. Join the Easter Bunny for photos, face painting, goodie bags and more Easter fun. Bring your camera. Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. Three ceremonies conducted by Highland VFW Post 9914. NOTE – Ceremonies are very brief. Those planning on attending should arrive at the locations well before the scheduled start times. 8a at Highland Cemetery, 8:30a at Highland Veterans Memorial Park, and 9a at West Highland Cemetery.
