Bowers Farm Winter Park
Bowers Farms Winter Park – Wednesdays, 5p-9p, Thursdays 5p-9p, Fridays 4p-10p, Saturdays noon-10p, Sundays noon-9p
Skating – Weather permitting and bring your own skates. Admission is $5. Skating is FREE, skate rental is $8. Winter Park has much to offer including tubing and $17 glow tubing (appointments required), ice skating (weather permitting, bring your own skates), hot cocoa, bonfires, food at the Farmers Kitchen and more. Tubing (unfortunately) isn’t FREE (it’s actually quite expensive) and you have to pre-register which takes the starch out of a spur-of-the-moment experience.

South Lyon Daddy Daughter Dance – 3p-5p or 6p-8p (2 sessions to choose from). Open to non-residents. 70s Theme. The dance is broken down into two time slots; 3-5pm and 6-8pm. SLARA recommends that children 6 & under sign up for the first time slot. Children 7+ sign up for the 6-8pm time slot. This is only a recommendation, children 3+ are invited to both time slot. Southfield Winter Fest – at Southfield Pavilion. Fun includes games, FREE ice skating, carriage rides, marshmallow roasting, ropes course, climbing wall, and more. Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. South Lyon Easter Egg Scramble
South Lyon Easter Egg Scramble – 15,000 fun filled eggs. 4 fields for all age groups. Meet firefighters, police officers, and the Easter Bunny. Event is hosted by Kiwanis Club of South Lyon who recommends arrival between 11a-noon.

The Hawk Sunday Super Bounce – 10a-11:30a (ages 2-5) or 11a-1p (ages 6-11). Once a month on special mornings and afternoons HAWK staff members will set up the inflatable bouncers in the gym to make an arena of fun. Enjoy the big bouncer, bouncer obstacle course, and giant inflatable slide. $5. Hosted by the Farmington Hills Special Services (Parks & Rec) Department. Pre-registration required. To register.
