Red Oaks Nature Center Homeschool Series (248-585-0100) A new homeschool theme each month.
Homeschool sessions are adapted for two age groups: Ages 6-9 and ages 10-13. Cost is $10/child/session. Preregistration with payment is required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or register online. No on-site registration will be available. Sessions are designed as a drop-off program for youth. All students are welcome. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

second Saturday in May is National Miniature Golf Day, and this year it falls on the same weekend as Mother’s Day. In honor of both holidays, Cranbrook is offering free admission to one special adult in your life on Saturday, May 11 and on Sunday May 12. To receive the complimentary ticket, please purchase all tickets for your group on-site. The last tickets will be sold 45 minutes before closing. Beverly Hills Memorial Day Parade
Beverly Hills Memorial Day Parade and Carnival – The parade begins at 11a in the east parking lot of Groves High School, travels north on Evergreen to Beverly and concludes at Beverly Park. Carnival follows the Parade at Beverly Park from noon-2p. For more info, visit villageofbeverlyhills.com
