Heritage Park Sweetheart Stroll – Celebrate Valentines Day with a candle-lit hike through the trails of Heritage Park. Share your love of nature as you discover the courtship and mating behaviors of native animals. Complete the evening with a warm drink and sweet treats at the Nature Center. Ages 18+. South Lyon Daddy Daughter Dance – 3p-5p or 6p-8p (2 sessions to choose from). Open to non-residents. 70s Theme. The dance is broken down into two time slots; 3-5pm and 6-8pm. SLARA recommends that children 6 & under sign up for the first time slot. Children 7+ sign up for the 6-8pm time slot. This is only a recommendation, children 3+ are invited to both time slot. South Lyon Easter Egg Scramble – 15,000 fun filled eggs. 4 fields for all age groups. Meet firefighters, police officers, and the Easter Bunny. Event is hosted by Kiwanis Club of South Lyon who recommends arrival between 11a-noon.

Hosted by Waterford Parks & Recreation. Enjoy the farm animals, make & take craft, the annual sheep shearing, and a pancake breakfast. Admission is FREE but donations are being accepted to benefit the park/farm. Pancake breakfast cost is $5 for 10 & under and $8 for ages 11+.
