Heritage Park Sweetheart Stroll
Heritage Park Sweetheart Stroll – Celebrate Valentines Day with a candle-lit hike through the trails of Heritage Park. Share your love of nature as you discover the courtship and mating behaviors of native animals. Complete the evening with a warm drink and sweet treats at the Nature Center. Ages 18+. The Mall at Partridge Creek Summer Concerts – The Mall at Partridge Creek, is bringing together Metro Detroiters to enjoy free
live music for the whole family — including their beloved dogs — at Summer Sounds. Over the course of the summer, families will come from across Metro Detroit each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day to enjoy free pop, rock, jazz, country R&B and oldies concerts all summer long.
Fridays, Saturdays: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sundays – 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Memorial Day/Labor Day – 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade
Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade – 11a (lineup) / Parade at 11:30a at Sylvan Lake City Hall and Memorial Park.
The Parade will begin at 11:30a at City Hall and end at Memorial Park with a brief ceremony. Kids are welcome to decorate their bikes and participate in the parade. Veterans that wish to participate are asked to contact Jim Smith at 248-904-9085 to be recognized at Memorial Park ceremony. Kids can begin decorating their bikes for the bike parade (with supplies provided) at City Hall at 10:30a. If you would like to volunteer at the parade / ceremony please contact sylvanlakeparade@gmail.com.

Center Line Independence Festival
Center Line Independence Festival & Fireworks – at Memorial Park Centerline. Fireworks close out Saturday evening of the annual Independence Fest which features crafts, live music, food trucks, a beer tent, and more.
