Oakland County Parks FREE Admission Day – All Oakland County Parks Division Parks (see list in description). Oakland County Parks and Recreation offers complimentary park entry to all guests. Addison Oaks Park/Day Use, Highland Oaks, Independence Oaks Park, Lyon Oaks Park/Day Use, Lyon Oaks Dog Park, Orion Oaks Park/Day Use, Orion Oaks Dog Park, Red Oaks Dog Park, Rose Oaks. Visitors can enjoy free daily park entry with access to natural areas, trails, dog parks and all park amenities. Heritage Park Splash Pad Opening Day
Heritage Park Splash Pad Opening Day at Splash Pad at Heritage Park (248-536-5617, www.ci.farmington-hills.mi.us). Heritage Park has a small splash pad at the north end of the park near the north shelter / picnic

Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade
Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade – 11a (lineup) / Parade at 11:30a at Sylvan Lake City Hall and Memorial Park.
The Parade will begin at 11:30a at City Hall and end at Memorial Park with a brief ceremony. Kids are welcome to decorate their bikes and participate in the parade. Veterans that wish to participate are asked to contact Jim Smith at 248-904-9085 to be recognized at Memorial Park ceremony. Kids can begin decorating their bikes for the bike parade (with supplies provided) at City Hall at 10:30a. If you would like to volunteer at the parade / ceremony please contact sylvanlakeparade@gmail.com.
