Oakland County Moms Calendar of Metro Detroit Summer Events
Lathrup Village Free Summer Concerts schedule. Lathrup Village hosts FREE concerts on select Wednesday evenings throughout the summer at Municipal Park (located behind Lathrup Village City Hall.
All guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair, and picnic meals are welcome. In the event of severe weather, concerts will be relocated to the community room at City Hall. Concerts start at 7p and run to 8:30p.
Downtown Mt Clemens Halloween Spooktacular – A Halloween party of FREE family fun and Downtown Trick or Treating in Downtown Mt Clemens. Hosted by Downtown Mt Clemens DDA.
Downtown Mt Clemens Christmas Open House & Tree Lighting
Downtown Mt Clemens Christmas Open House & Tree Lighting – Santa Claus will arrival & tree-lighting at 6p. Enjoy a personal visit with Santa and take your own photos. Activities include free horse drawn trolley rides, and children’s activities at different Downtown businesses. Many businesses will also feature special sales, giveaways, and refreshments. Mt Clemens Fireworks
Mt Clemens Fireworks at Clinton Riverfront Park. The Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be launched at Dusk (approximately 10p) following a concert. Prime viewing is located throughout Downtown Mount Clemens near the Clinton River waterfront Downtown. Waterford Oaks Wave Pool Dog Swim
Waterford Oaks Wave Pool Dog Swim – at Waterford Oaks County Park. All dogs owners must show valid Michigan dog license and proof of current vaccinations at the time of the event. Dogs swim by weight category. Three swims: Noon-12:50p – 70lbs plus, 1p-1:50p – 31lbs-69lbs, 2p-2:50p – 30lbs and under. Pre-registration cost is $10/dog and includes admission, contest entry, a gift for owner, and one 50-minute swim session. On-site registration is $15/dog if availability allows.
