Canterbury Village Michigan Dog Fest – Bring your furry friend and head to Canterbury Village for a tail waggin’ good time. Kids can have fun looking for paw prints around the village, which they can turn in for candy and other small prizes. Waterford Oaks Wave Pool Dog Swim – at Waterford Oaks County Park. All dogs owners must show valid Michigan dog license and proof of current vaccinations at the time of the event. Dogs swim by weight category. Three swims. Noon-12:50p – 70lbs plus, 1p-1:50p – 31lbs-69lbs, 2p-2:50p – 30lbs and under. Pre-registration cost is $10/dog and includes admission, contest entry and one 50-minute swim session. On-site registration is $15/dog if availability allows. To register, call 248-858-0916.
