Oakland County Moms Calendar of Metro Detroit Spring Events
Oakland County Fair takes place at Springfield Oaks County Park in Davisburg.
During the 10-day Oakland County Fair, there will be a midway with carnival rides, fireworks, free concerts, monster trucks, a demolition derby and exhibits. Visitors can stroll through many barns to see horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, poultry, dogs, cats, rabbits and even newborn animals.

Red Oaks Nature Center Morning Munchkins – Story-time fun for preschool children. Bring your munchkin to the nature center for a seasonal story and a related hands-on, nature-based discovery activity. Cost is $4/child. Call 248-858-0916 weekdays to register. Longacre House HoliDOG Pictures with Santa – Drop in and have a fun holiday experience with your pooch. For $10 – You can take your own photos of your dog with Santa, using a cell phone or your personal camera. For $15, a pro can take a high res shot for you. DOGS ONLY. No cats or other pets. MUST pre-register to book your time slot. Pre-registration required. Hosted by Farmington Hills Special Services Department
