Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. Rochester Free Summer Concerts
Rochester Free Summer Concerts – Municipal Park in Downtown Rochester Michigan will be hosting free concerts on Thursday evenings as part of the Rochester Kiwanas Club of Rochester “Music in the Park” series. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy free summer concerts.
Refreshments will be available to purchase at the concerts. Concerts are held on the grounds of Municipal Park at the newly built Bebout Band Shell. For more information on acts, call 248-330-8966.
