Oakland County Parks Pet Wellness Clinic – Independence Oaks – Oakland County Parks Pet Vaccinations clinics for dogs and cats
are low-cost. Pets must either be leashed or brought in a carrier to the events. No appointments are needed to get your pet vaccinated, obtain preventative care, receive microchipping and/or purchase a dog license. Vaccinations, heartworm tests, flea prevention and dewormer are available. For pet safety, bring dogs on a short leash with a snug collar and cats in a carrier. There are no residency requirements. West Bloomfield Parks National Trails Day – Walnut Creek Middle School. Meet and park at Walnut Creek
Middle School for a walk along our scenic and historic rail-to-trail network ending at Sylvan Manor Park. There will be naturalist on the trail to answer all of your questions or discuss what you discovered along the way. Free shirts are passed out between 8a-8:30a at a first come, first served basis while supplies last. This is a FREE event. No pre-registration required. Hosted by WB Parks.
