West Bloomfield Parks Go Fish Event – Marshbank Park (wbparks.org)

Join WB Parks on the fishing pier located on Cass Lake to share in this great outdoor pastime. WB Parks will have staff on hand with a limited number of fishing poles provided for hands-on instruction to get you and your child started. Win a fishing themed prize if you catch the smallest or the largest fish. A simple craft and game will be available in case the fish aren’t biting. $9 resident / $11 non-resident. Ortonville Movie in the Park

Ortonville Movie in the Park – Brandon Twp Parks and Rec is hosting the annual Movie Night at the park. Enjoy a free outdoor summer movie in Ortonville in the evening. The fun starts at 7p with a variety of activities. Enjoy walking trails, playground, music, games on the sledding hill, s’mores, bouncehouses & inflatables, a petting zoo, and more. Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the day and evening. The movie will start at dusk (at around 9p). Be sure to bring your own chairs and blankets!
