Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. West Bloomfield Little Hikers – at West Bloomfield Twp Recreation Activities Center (wbparks.org). Join our Naturalist on a nature
discovery walk. Enjoy silly songs and fun activities to keep all ages, from babies to school-aged engaged. Families can explore the Nature Room and Outdoor Natural Play Area after the hike. The trail is 0.5 miles and unpaved so only all-terrain strollers are recommended. A baby backpack/carrier is suggested for infants. The fee is per family. $3 resident / $5 non-resident. Bassquatch Hunter: Fish Out of Water” on the Discovery Channel, in this family-fun event. Mike will read his book, “The Adventures of Seth-Squatch”, do a craft and then hit the docks to fish. Fishing instruction is available. No experience is necessary. All supplies are included. Indian Springs Photos with Santa
Indian Springs Photos with Santa at Indian Springs Metropark – (248-625-6640, metroparks.com). Pose
alongside Santa Claus for a festive photoshoot. Metroparks staff will capture the moment. Each group will receive one polaroid photo and several digital photos emailed after the event. WB Parks Bowl With Santa
WB Parks Bowl With Santa – at Wonderland Lanes. John Santa for an afternoon of bowling.
Registration includes 2 games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, beverage, and a goody bag. At least one parent must register with their child(ren). Additional family members who would like to spectate only, must register under course #3030-Xtra and pay the spectator fee. Please note, food and bowling is not included as a spectator.
