Birmingham Memorial Day Events – The annual observance of Memorial Day in Shain Park includes addresses by the Mayor and State Representative, patriotic music, and an introduction of veterans. Antique Festival at Midland County Fairgrounds in Midland runs 8a-6p Saturday, and 9a-4p Sunday. Michigan Antique Festival is Michigan’s largest antique and collectible festival. West Bloomfield Parks National Trails Day – Walnut Creek Middle School. Meet and park at Walnut Creek
Middle School for a walk along our scenic and historic rail-to-trail network ending at Sylvan Manor Park. There will be naturalist on the trail to answer all of your questions or discuss what you discovered along the way. Free shirts are passed out between 8a-8:30a at a first come, first served basis while supplies last. This is a FREE event. No pre-registration required. Hosted by WB Parks.

Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home.
