Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival at Van Hoosen Farms- The Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival lighting will take place
from 7p-9p, Festival activities will take place from 10a-4p. The event during the day is packed with activities for the kids, including pumpkin bowling and their own pumpkin that could be carved while at the festival or taken home. Kensington Weekend Hayrides or Sleigh Rides
Kensington Weekend Hayrides or Sleigh Rides at Kensington Metropark – (810-227-8910, metroparks.com)
Enjoy a horse-drawn, tractor-drawn hayride, or wintery horse-drawn sleigh ride (depending on the weather) through the wooded trails around the Farm Center. 20-minute hayrides. All ages. $3 child / $5 adult. Pre-registration is not required. Tickets for weekend hayrides are sold at the Farm Center Office.
