Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. For ages 9+. fLipOut runs from 7:45-9:30p and includes pizza and Gatorade. Cost is $20. Must pre-register and sign a waiver.

Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-858-0100. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org
