Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. FREE Family Fun Day for families affected by all different abilities. Join for food, prizes, music, dancing, crafts, bounce house, sports, and more. Detroit Grand Circus Dog Park Halloween Costume Party
Detroit Grand Circus Dog Park Halloween Costume Party – Owners are encouraged to dress their pets to impress for a chance to win a prize in one of these categories: Best Costume, Scariest Costume, Most Creative Costume, and the Best Pet & Parent combination. The annual event will also feature Halloween Themed games and gifts for dogs as well as treats for their parents and DJ spinning tracks. Hosted by the Downtown Detroit Partnership.

Canterbury Village Tree Lighting
Canterbury Village Tree Lighting – This festive event is fun for the entire family, complete with entertainment and carolers. Shops throughout the quaint Village are open for holiday shopping, smores, hot cocoa, and hot cider stations are set up to enjoy near the outdoor firepits. Tree lighting at 6p. Canterbury Cocoa Crawl
Canterbury Cocoa Crawl – Experience the quaint ambiance of Canterbury Village as you visit the shops and
boutiques throughout and sample various cocoas. Each shop will feature their own unique chocolate inspired creation for attendees to sample.
