Night of the Dragon – A Metroparks medieval festival! Enjoy live entertainment, inflatable jousting, bounce house, crafts, food & drink for purchase, strolling performers, medieval costumes and contests, skywatching meteor showers, and more! West Bloomfield Little Hikers – at West Bloomfield Twp Recreation Activities Center (wbparks.org). Join our Naturalist on a nature
discovery walk. Enjoy silly songs and fun activities to keep all ages, from babies to school-aged engaged. Families can explore the Nature Room and Outdoor Natural Play Area after the hike. The trail is 0.5 miles and unpaved so only all-terrain strollers are recommended. A baby backpack/carrier is suggested for infants. The fee is per family. $3 resident / $5 non-resident. Indian Springs Metropark Great Skeleton Scavenger Hunt – Grab your family, friends and your courage and come find these skeletons in The Great Skeleton Scavenger Hunt. Your first stop is the Environmental Discovery Center where you will pick up your skeleton scavenger hunt map and form. Then head out on the nature trails to spot as many skeletons as you can. Remember to pay attention to what you see them doing. Bring your scavenger hunt form back to the Environmental Discovery Center to see if you won a prize. All Ages. FREE event.
