Monroe Street Drive-In Powered By Emagine will feature a 60×32 ft digital projection screen. Showtimes every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7p through Spring of 2021. All showtimes and programming will be managed by Emagine Entertainment and the site will include parking for up to 65 vehicles including outdoor seating, pedestrian paths, concession pavilions and lighting, and warming areas. Canterbury Village in Lake Orion hosts drive-in movies, concerts, and even comedy nights on their raised 30 ft x 14 ft Summer of 2020. LED screen. The movies are powered by Emagine Theatres. Up to 4 movies can be shown each day. Up to 4 movie showings will be screened each day, Canterbury can even deliver movie refreshments to your car via the Canterbury Village C Pub (pizza, popcorn, chicken wings, Faygo Pop, and more). For now, in addition to other rules (see below), tickets MUST be purchased IN ADVANCE AND ONLINE ONLY. You can purchase tickets at THIS LINK. Cost of each movie is $20 (for vehicles w/1-4 people, $25 for 1-5 people, $30 for 1-6 people) and you can hear the movies through your car radio. Movies are in bright LED light that can be seen even in sunlight conditions. The schedule is random but usually clocks in at operating 5-6 days per week during the summer. Schedule is usually updated via their facebook page every Monday or Tuesday. Only 160 vehicles will be allowed per screening. Each vehicle will be given a 14ft x 20ft space. You are allowed to show up to 45 minutes before the screening. You can NOT hold spaces for other vehicles. Tickets (or phone tickets) will be scanned through the window glass with your window closed. Ticket will be $30 per vehicle (no more than six people per. RV’s and limousines are not permitted) and must be purchased online on Emagine’s website or app. Movies are subject to change, please check Emagine’s website for updates. To ensure safe social distancing. Emagine Theatre Novi will limit capacity to 120 vehicles, offer contactless check in via Emagine’s website or app, and vehicles are to be parked in accordance to safe social distancing guidelines. The Emagine lobby will be open for carry out or car delivery concessions, which include favorites like popcorn, nachos, chicken tenders, candy, cotton candy, pretzel bites, cookie dough and more.
