Winter Blast Royal Oak 2023 info, preview, entertainment lineup, and schedule of events. Motown Winter Blast has returned but with a new location – Royal Oak, Michigan. Many of the festival’s events and activities, including admission, will be FREE.

Winter Blast Royal Oak 2023 Dates & Times

UPDATE – 1/27/23 – The dates for Winter Blast were originally supposed to be February 3 through February 5 but were changed to February 17-19 due to projected frigid temperatures across Metro Detroit.

• Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 11a-8p

Winter Blast Royal Oak 2023 Events and Activities

Many popular facets from Motown Winter Blast will be retained for RO Winter Blast.

• FREE ice skating all weekend (skate rental available for a fee)
• An Ice Garden will showcase many ice sculpture creations as well as featuring ice carving demos.
• The famous 300-ft long, 34-ft tall zip line will also return. $10 per ride
• In addition to the skating and rides, a food truck rally, warming stations, and a Family Zone will also be a part of the winter festival.
• Learn To Ski / Snowboard Experience
• Live Entertainment (see entertainment lineup below).
