Birmingham Touch a Truck Event – at Birmingham DPS Open House. This annual event is a family favorite
with DPS trucks, fire trucks and equipment on display, informational exhibits and complimentary grilled hot dogs and other refreshments. Hosted by the City of Birmingham.

Be sure to stop by the nature center to get a certificate and a flower to plant at home. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. Permits are on sale NOW. Celebrate Birmingham Parade and Party
Celebrate Birmingham Parade and Party at Shain Park – the Downtown Birmingham Hometown Parade event
will feature children’s activities, live entertainment and food inside Shain Park immediately following the parade. This event is a celebration of the Birmingham community and schools. Participation offers an opportunity for businesses, organizations, individuals, schools and groups to promote themselves to the community. People of all ages come to town to celebrate and enjoy the family-fun festivities. The half-mile parade route travels through the charming downtown with many shops and restaurants. Milford Friday Night Live Concerts
Milford Friday Night Live Concerts – Hosted by Huron Valley Council for the Arts and the Milford DDA. The Milford DDA also hosts FREE Summer Concerts at Central Park on Thursday Nights.
Milford Downtown Development Authority and Huron Valley Council for the Arts jointly present the popular Friday Night Live Concert Series; the concert will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will move into the nearby Milford Presbyterian Church.

Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade – The parade will start at Main Street & Lincoln and will proceed north to Second Street The parade has been held on Memorial Day for several decades as a respectful tribute to our veterans – past and present.
