Riley Park Harry Potter & the Holiday Skate
Ring in New Year’s Eve at Riley Park Ice Rink. Harry Potter and the Holiday Skate, 8p costume contest, 9p ball drop for kids. At midnight, adults can celebrate with a second ball drop over the rink. Tickets are $10. The rink does not have rental skates, but there are of skates available for skaters to borrow. Hosted by the City of Farmington.
Motor City New Year’s Eve Drop
Motor City New Year’s Eve Drop- FREE New Year’s Eve party in Downtown Detroit. Fun for adults on NYE in Downtown Detroit. Drinks and food available for purchase around the site. Food trucks will dot the area for Detroit eats. Activities begin at 9p with Live entertainment on the Main Stage, fire pits, horse drawn carriage rides and more. For more info, visit motorcitynye.com
Heritage Park Snowshoe Trek
Heritage Park Snowshoe Trek – Explore the woods on snowshoes. Lesson provided and an additional charge for snowshoe rental. Special discounted rental fee of $5/pair for program participants or bring your own snowshoes. If no snow, we will walk the trails. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy boots. All ages. $5. Heritage Park Sweetheart Stroll
Heritage Park Sweetheart Stroll – Celebrate Valentines Day with a candle-lit hike through the trails of Heritage Park. Share your love of nature as you discover the courtship and mating behaviors of native animals. Complete the evening with a warm drink and sweet treats at the Nature Center. Ages 18+. Duck Lake Pines Park Egg Hunt
Duck Lake Pines Park Egg Hunt – a Huron Valley Egg Hunt. Join the Easter Bunny for photos, face painting, goodie bags and more Easter fun. Bring your camera.
