South Lyon Easter Egg Scramble – 15,000 fun filled eggs. 4 fields for all age groups. Meet firefighters, police officers, and the Easter Bunny. Event is hosted by Kiwanis Club of South Lyon who recommends arrival between 11a-noon.

Rochester Antique Appraisal Day – Participants are asked to bring their items, or photos of larger items, to have their treasures appraised. All items are appraised at fair market value. Bloomer Park Sap to Syrup Pancake Breakfast
Bloomer Park Sap to Syrup Pancake Breakfast – (3 time slots available). Visit Bloomer Park and our Sugar Bush to see an old-fashioned sap-to-syrup boiling operation. We will be making syrup from trees tapped right here in Rochester Hills. Sample some real maple syrup and enjoy a pancake breakfast complete with sausage, juice and coffee. The Hawk Sunday Super Bounce
The Hawk Sunday Super Bounce – 10a-11:30a (ages 2-5) or 11a-1p (ages 6-11). Once a month on special mornings and afternoons HAWK staff members will set up the inflatable bouncers in the gym to make an arena of fun. Enjoy the big bouncer, bouncer obstacle course, and giant inflatable slide. $5. Hosted by the Farmington Hills Special Services (Parks & Rec) Department. Pre-registration required. To register.

Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. VoRH Car Seat Safety Check-up – Fire Department technicians will inspect your child seats, provide installation tips, and ensure your children are in the right seat for their size and age. Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade
Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade – The parade will start at Main Street & Lincoln and will proceed north to Second Street The parade has been held on Memorial Day for several decades as a respectful tribute to our veterans – past and present. South Lyon Memorial Day Parade
South Lyon Memorial Day Parade – Organized by VFW Post 2502. The parade launches at 9a from Bartlett Elementary and makes its way down 10 Mile through downtown. The parade ends in the South Lyon Cemetery with a ceremony that commemorates the contributions and sacrifices of all veterans. Organized by South Lyon VFW Post 1224.
