Madison Hts Holiday Tree Lighting
Madison Hts Holiday Tree Lighting is Hosted by the City of Madison Hts at Civic Center Plaza at the Gazebo. The Mayor will welcome Santa and present him with an official key to the City. Visitors will enjoy cookies and cocoa while listening to seasonal music. Following the tree lighting program, children may wish to get their photos taken with Santa and Mrs Claus inside the Breckenridge Room of the Library. As this event is privately sponsored, the Mayor asks the community to help keep this tradition going, by making a donation payable to “City of Madison Heights – Christmas Light Fund.”. Oh Deer, Santa’s Here at Heritage Park. Families will get a chance to visit and get photos with Santa outdoors at the historic Red Barn in Heritage Park. Bring your camera. Seasonal craft provided. The Nature Center will be open to visitors and a warm campfire will be going outside with hot cocoa. S’more kits will be available for additional purchase for $1 each. Please dress for winter weather. Each family will have limited time with Santa. Register yourself and bring up to 5 people of your choice (adults and children). If you have more than 6 in your group, please register for more than one spot. Hosted by the Farmington Hills Special Services Department. $15 res / $20 non res. Pre-registration required.

Mt Clemens Light Parade
Mt Clemens Light Parade for Christmas in Downtown Mt Clemens. Downtown Mt Clemens will be glowing in the night as cars transformed into holly jolly masterpieces parade through the streets spreading Christmas cheer. Hosted by the Mt Clemens DDA. Info – 586-469-4168 or downtownmountclemens.com.

Heritage Park Snowshoe Trek – Explore the woods on snowshoes. Lesson provided and an additional charge for snowshoe rental.
