Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40 registration / 9a class begins) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden this summer at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join this yoga class, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. Experienced yogi Shannon Kraegel RYT (registered yoga teacher) will be leading the class. The goal of her classes is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, and the rest will follow. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. $15 per person.

Lost Lake Sledding Hill MLK Day – The BEST sled hill in Oakland County has their warming shelter open for some school’s out sledding! Make sure you call the sledding hotline at 248-651-4440 ext 299 before you head out to make sure the sled hill will be open!
