Riley Park Harry Potter & the Holiday Skate
Ring in New Year’s Eve at Riley Park Ice Rink. Harry Potter and the Holiday Skate, 8p costume contest, 9p ball drop for kids. At midnight, adults can celebrate with a second ball drop over the rink. Tickets are $10. The rink does not have rental skates, but there are of skates available for skaters to borrow. Hosted by the City of Farmington.
Motor City New Year’s Eve Drop
Motor City New Year’s Eve Drop- FREE New Year’s Eve party in Downtown Detroit. Fun for adults on NYE in Downtown Detroit. Drinks and food available for purchase around the site. Rochester Hills MLK Day Snowfort & Campfire – Come dressed for the weather and ready towork and build an igloo-style snow fort. No snow? No problem. Create a fort made from other natural materials instead. Deconstruct the fort at the end and talk a bit about “leaving no trace”. A campfire and hot chocolate will also be provided.
