Oakland County Parks FREE Admission Day – All Oakland County Parks Division Parks (see list in description). Oakland County Parks and Recreation offers complimentary park entry to all guests. Addison Oaks Park/Day Use, Highland Oaks, Independence Oaks Park, Lyon Oaks Park/Day Use, Lyon Oaks Dog Park, Orion Oaks Park/Day Use, Orion Oaks Dog Park, Red Oaks Dog Park, Rose Oaks. Visitors can enjoy free daily park entry with access to natural areas, trails, dog parks and all park amenities. Stony Creek Fall Wagon Tours – at Stony Creek Metropark – Evening Wagon Tour & Campfire
Stories. Tractor-drawn wagon ride along the nature trails with staff sharing stories about Stony Creek’s history and features. After, enjoy a campfire and interpreter-led stories. Weather Dependent. Harvest Festival Weekends are Saturdays & Sundays from 10a-5p. Harvest Festival Weekends include hayrides. Evening hayrides are from 7p-10p on Fridays and Saturdays. Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival at Van Hoosen Farms
Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival at Van Hoosen Farms- The Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival lighting will take place
from 7p-9p, Festival activities will take place from 10a-4p. The event during the day is packed with activities for the kids, including pumpkin bowling and their own pumpkin that could be carved while at the festival or taken home.
