Detroit VegFest
Detroit VegFest – The state’s largest plant-based event returns to Eastern Market for a second year with nearly 100 vendors, including popular plant-based restaurants, specialty food items, and eco-friendly shopping. Farmington Hills Summer Concerts
Farmington Hills Summer Concerts – Heritage Park in Farmington Hills will be hosting free concerts on Thursdays throughout the summer at the park’s grassy amphitheatre as part of the Stars In The Park FREE summer concerts series.

Clarkston Preschool Nature Program
Clarkston Preschool Nature Program at Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Troy Library Summer Reading Kick-Off
Troy Library Summer Reading Kick-Off – Families of children ages 0–13 are invited to join. TPL will host a variety of activity stations including a bounce house (socks required), a petting zoo, outdoor games, crafts, and more. Children who complete at least six activities will earn a cool treat. Families who would like to enjoy dinner while at the event can choose to purchase food at a food truck. Hosted by troypl.org.
