DIY Street Fair Ferndale – Ferndale is hosting their free DIY Street Fair and Funky Art Fair in Downtown Ferndale.The DIY art event is a free 3-day event in Ferndale, Michigan where local artists, crafters, businesses, groups and organizations, musicians, restaurants, brewers and others. Wheels & Squeals Touch a Truck – FREE touch a truck event. Parking on site is extremely limited. Take advantage of the free shuttle provided by
Oakland County Parks. Pick up from Silver Lake Church of the Nazarene. 520 W Walton Blvd, Pontiac, MI 48340. Shuttle runs from 4:45p-8p. This event is free and open to the public. Contact 248-858-0916 for more information. Hosted by the City of Pontiac in conjunction with Oakland County Parks.

Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. Ferndale Fall Festival
Ferndale Fall Festival – Attendees will receive a wristband that grants them access to a wide range of activities that include hay rides, pony rides, carnival games, prizes, crafts, roller skating, face painting, pumpkin painting, trick-or-treat trail, and more (while supplies last)”. Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org

Rochester Hills Hoot N’ Howl Hayride – at Bloomer Park. Join park staff at Bloomer Park for a hayride to search
