Recommended Rochester MI Trick or Treat Hours Times – The traditional Trick-or-Treat hours in Rochester are from (NEW FOR 2019) 6p to 8p. The whistle will be blown at 6p and again 8p per City of Rochester Government Website. The old recommended hours used to be 6p-7p but was updated for 2019 and beyond.

Rochester Avon Recreation Authority – RARA (500 East 2nd Street, Rochester, MI 48307)
Decorate your vehicle for a family friendly trunk or treat at RARA, rain or shine. Pass out candy (you supply) as trick or treaters travel around. Prizes for vehicles. Trunk or treating will be 7pm to 8pm. Cider and donuts will be provided towards the end for all attendees. Registration is $16 per car. To register, call 248-656-8308 or visit RARAregistration.org.

Rochester Halloween Events – Downtown Rochester Trick or Treating and Halloween Fest
Downtown Rochester
Watch the streets of Rochester come to life with ghosts, ghouls, superheroes and more as children trick-or-treat with the downtown merchants! Children can then meet at the corner of East Street and E University for a costume parade at 5:15 pm. The Halloween festivities will continue 5:15 – 6:30 pm with games, treats and entertainment afterwards in the Farmers’ Market

Rochester Hills Halloweens Event – Stonewall Pumpkin Festival at Van Hoosen Farms

The Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival lighting will take place from 7p-9p, Festival activities will take place from 10a-4p. The event during the day is packed with activities for the kids, including pumpkin bowling and their own pumpkin that could be carved while at the festival or taken home.
