Kensington Metropark Hayrides – Family Charter Hayrides

Fall is the perfect time to get your family together to visit the farm and enjoy a horse-drawn hayride. Take in the colors of the woods that surround the Farm Center on your ride. Book your family hayride time slot when you pre-register. During your visit see the animals and purchase your pumpkins and gourds. Wheelchair lift available with advanced notice. Face coverings are encouraged. $50 per 30 min ride (max family size is 10). Pre-registration required at 810-227-8910. Hayrides are offered on Mondays through December too. A Metroparks vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. 2020 vehicle permits are on sale NOW. You can pick one up at metroparks.com OR visit your local Metropark today.

South Lyon Hayrides – Agri-trainment – Fall Family Fun at Erwin Orchards
Erwin Orchards Cider Mill (61475 Silver Lake Road, South Lyon, MI, 248-437-0150)
Erwin Orchards offers wagon rides as part of their daily “Agri-trainment”. Enjoy wagon rides, the corn maze, Mr Bee’s Big 3D Adventure Barn, straw bale maze, sunflower garden, and more. There is even more family fun available on the weekends. Review – Pics.

Northville Hayrides – Barn Yard Play Land
Three Cedars Farm and Cider Mill (7897 Six Mile Road, Northville, MI 48167, 248-437-8200)
$5 a family Hayrides take you around the property back to Corn maze and the U-Pick pumpkin patch. You can also reserve evening hayrides to a bonfire. Don’t forget there is also Fall fun for the younger ones. Barn Yard Play Land had modern playground equipment in a fun kids barn, a John Deere trike track, Peter Rabbit bunny village, lots of farm animals, and educational tutorials. Review – Pics.

Northville Hayrides – Maybury Farm Corn Maze & Hayrides

Hayride & 1 acre corn maze scavenger hunt. Cider, donuts, and snacks available after. Hours – Friday – 5p-9p, Saturday –10a-9p, and Sunday – 10a-7p. Cost is $10. These are rain or shine events. Oxford Hayrides – Upland Hills Farm Fall Festival Weekends

This festival has something for all ages. Enjoy visiting the animals, milk a cow, watch a farm demonstration, be amazed at the Magic Show, enjoy a hayride in the woods, walk the storybook trail, pick a pumpkin, take a pony ride and finish the day with a warm donut and a beverage – all included with admission. Hayrides take place during Fall Festival Weekend & they also offer evening hayrides from 7p-10p on October Friday and Saturday nights! West Bloomfield Hayrides – Marshbank Park Hayrides

Experience the changing seasons at Marshbank Park while enjoying a 20 minute tractor-drawn hayride. You’ll encounter a few nature knowledge stops along your route for added adventure. Take your picnic blanket and find a cozy spot to delight in cider and a seasonal treat. There will be a to-go craft kit too! The registration fee is for one timeslot and includes a private hayride for your group of 20 maximum people, cider and treat, craft and 4 roll up picnic blankets. This program and the fee has been adapted to adjust to covid guidelines, your hayride is private for your selected group of 20 maximum. Pre-register here

Rochester Hills Hayrides – Hoot N’ Howl Hayride

Join park staff at Bloomer Park for a hayride to search for nocturnal animal activity. Enjoy a campfire, cider and donuts following the hayride. $7 per person. Purchase tickets HERE.

Wolcott Mill Metropark Events – Horse Drawn Wagon Rides

Take in the fall colors as you enjoy a relaxing ride around our farm fields. Teamsters will share information about our draft horses and what makes them so special. This program may be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions. Dress for the weather and face coverings are encouraged. All ages. $3 per child, $5 per adult, children under two are FREE. Pre-registration is required the day before desired wagon ride at 586-752-5932. Limited to one family group per time slot. Time slots every 30 minutes. Hop on the buckboard wagon and enjoy the beauty of fall along a Nature Trail. An interpreter will make stops to share stories and information about park history and nature. Armada Hayrides – Blake’s Cider Mill Funland

Kids can enjoy hayrides, trike track, straw mountain, corn mazes, Bunnyville farm, a petting farm, and many Halloween attractions every day in September and October. Must purchase a day pass to the event to receive the hayrides, they don’t sell hayride pass tickets ala carte. Enjoy the brilliant colors of Autumn on a wagon ride through the woodlots and fields. Learn signs of the season and history of the area. Afterwards, enjoy cider and donuts at the campfire.
