Metro Detroit Hayrides – Oakland County Hayrides

Daily September 2 through the Fall
Northville Hayrides – Barn Yard Play Land
Three Cedars Farm and Cider Mill (7897 Six Mile Road, Northville, MI 48167, 248-437-8200)
$5 per person / $10 per family Hayrides take you around the property back to Corn maze and the U-Pick pumpkin patch. You can also reserve evening hayrides to a bonfire. Don’t forget there is also Fall fun for the younger ones. Barn Yard Play Land had modern playground equipment in a fun kids barn, a John Deere trike track, Peter Rabbit bunny village, lots of farm animals, and educational tutorials. Review – Pics.

Oxford Hayrides – Harvest Moon Hayrides

Enjoy visiting the animals, magic show, farm demos, hayrides through the woods, storybook trail, pumpkin picking, pony rides, and cider & donuts during Harvest Festival weekends. Northville Hayrides – Maybury Farm Corn Maze & Hayrides
Maybury Farm (50165 Eight Mile, Northville, MI 48167, 248-374-0200)
Hayride & 1 acre corn maze scavenger hunt. Cider, donuts, and snacks available after. Hours – Friday – 5p-9p, Saturday –10a-8p, and Sunday – 10a-7p. Cost is $13. These are rain or shine events. Ray Hayrides – Pumpkin Patch Wagon Rides
Wolcott Mill Metropark – (65775 Wolcott Rd, Ray, MI 48096, 586-752-5932, metroparks.com)
A wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch to pick out a Halloween pumpkin. Go through the corn maze and warm up near the bon fire while enjoying a cup of cider and a doughnut. On site pumpkin carving is available along with some fun field activities. Pumpkins are additional price based on size. All ages. $6 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 586-752-5932. A Metroparks vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. Annual vehicle permits are on sale NOW. Farmington Hills Hayrides – Hayride Central

West Bloomfield Hayrides – WB Parks Group Hayrides

Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 7:30p-9p
Rochester Hills Hayrides – Hoot N’ Howl Hayride
Bloomer Park (375 John R Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309)
Join park staff at Bloomer Park for a hayride to search for nocturnal animal activity. Enjoy a campfire, cider and donuts following the hayride. $7 per person. Purchase tickets HERE.

Waterford Hayrides – Hess Hathaway Park Hayrides – 
Hess Hathaway Park (825 S Williams Lake Rd, Waterford, MI 48327, 248-674-5441, www.waterfordmi.gov)
Hayrides are offered at the Hess Hathaway Farm at Hess Hathaway Park by appointment only or at least 12 riders are present to ride. Haywagon holds 25 people. For hayride rental info, call 248-674-5441.

Kids can enjoy hayrides, trike track, straw mountain, corn mazes, Bunnyville farm, a petting farm, and many Halloween attractions every day in September and October. Must purchase a day pass to the event to receive the hayrides, they don’t sell hayride pass tickets ala carte. Hop on the tractor-drawn wagon and enjoy the beauty of fall along a Nature Trail. Along the way, staff will share stories about Stony Creek’s history and various natural features. An evening ride along our nature trails. On your ride, we will share park history and interesting tidbits about nature and natural features in the park.
