Oakland County Moms Calendar of Metro Detroit Summer Events
Brickworld Detroit LEGO Expo – Brickworld Detroit takes place Saturday from 10a-6p and Sunday from 10a-5p at Macomb Community College.
Brickworld is excited to be bringing their premiere LEGO display and exposition to Michigan.
On Saturday and Sunday of the event, the displayers will put their creations on display in 30,000 square feet of space for the public to enjoy.

Canterbury Village Tree Lighting
Canterbury Village Tree Lighting – This festive event is fun for the entire family, complete with entertainment and carolers. Shops throughout the quaint Village are open for holiday shopping, smores, hot cocoa, and hot cider stations are set up to enjoy near the outdoor firepits. Tree lighting at 6p. Canterbury Cocoa Crawl – Experience the quaint ambiance of Canterbury Village as you visit the shops and boutiques throughout and sample various cocoas. Each shop will feature their own unique chocolate inspired creation for attendees to sample. Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home.
