Indian Springs Metropark Santa’s Candy Cane Trail – Take a stroll along the candy cane trail for a chance to meet a variety of winter characters. You’ll even get a magical chance to see Santa before his big night. Write your letters to Santa at home and stop by Santa’s mailbox during the program to deliver your letters. Each household will start at their registered time. All ages. $6 per person / Under 2 FREE. Advanced pre-registration required online or call 248-625-7280. Royal Oak Skate with Santa
Royal Oak Skate with Santa at Lindell Ice Arena. Arrive early to check out the FREE Holiday Ice Show performed by New Edge Figure Skaters at 1:30p. Skate with Santa follows at 3:30p. Public skates are $10 per skater, but you may want to call 248-246-3950 to confirm because no price is listed for the Santa event. Each visit includes a horse-drawn hayride or sleigh ride (weather dependent on which is available), a holiday sing-a-long, (complete with cozy blankets, song sheets, and jingle bells), snacks, (fruit, cookies, juice, hot cocoa, and coffee), and most importantly, a visit with Santa by the Christmas Tree.
