Village of Rochester Hills Summer Concerts – Grab a chair or a blanket and meet up in Festival Park each weekend all summer long! Check out your favorite local artists and move and groove to the music. All concerts are subject to change / weather permitting. Some evenings have food trucks plus FREE family fun too. Sunday concerts are from 2p-5p.

Farmington Hills Heritage Celebration

Farmington Hills Heritage CelebrationThe City of Farmington Hills invites children and adults of all ages to celebrate history during the City’s annual Heritage Celebration. The cost to participate per adult is  $5 admission or $8 admission if you want a hayride included. Children ages two and younger will be admitted free. Hayrides are scheduled to leave every half hour throughout the event and will end at 7p. Space is limited. S’mores kits will also be available to enjoy at the campfire at a cost of $1 per kit. Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. About Alyce the Musical: “Alyce” is an original musical fairy tale about a servant girl who, facing execution for witchery, seeks the aid of an ancient sorceress and her enchanted scarecrow. Based on Nathaniel Hawthorne’s short story, “Feathertop,” with music by David Fazzini, book and lyrics by Mitty Carter, and orchestration by Matthew Croft. NDP Alumni Players will premiere “Alyce” at Meadow Brook Theatre in Rochester, Michigan on August 23, 24 and 25, 2024. Buy tickets at https://alycethemusical.com.
