Farmington Hills Heritage Celebration
Farmington Hills Heritage Celebration – The City of Farmington Hills invites children and adults of all ages to celebrate history during the City’s annual Heritage Celebration. The cost to participate per adult is $5 admission or $8 admission if you want a hayride included. Children ages two and younger will be admitted free. Hayrides are scheduled to leave every half hour throughout the event and will end at 7p. Space is limited. S’mores kits will also be available to enjoy at the campfire at a cost of $1 per kit. Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. Heritage Park Hay Day
Heritage Park Hay Day and Marshmallow Fly & Fry – at Heritage Park. Hot Dogs, hay rides, marshmallow drop, pumpkin painting and more. This is a FREE event. Hayrides and

Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org
