Oakland County Moms Calendar of Metro Detroit Summer Events
Brickworld Detroit LEGO Expo – Brickworld Detroit takes place Saturday from 10a-6p and Sunday from 10a-5p at Macomb Community College.
Brickworld is excited to be bringing their premiere LEGO display and exposition to Michigan.
On Saturday and Sunday of the event, the displayers will put their creations on display in 30,000 square feet of space for the public to enjoy.
Westland MLK Celebration and Remembrance Walk
Westland MLK Celebration and Remembrance Walk – The City will start with a remembrance walk to commemorate his life and legacy followed by our annual ceremony to express how Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. had inspired us, what his message means to us, and to help inspire people to continue with his message and help make the world a more inclusive and righteous place for us and our children to live in. Heritage Park Sweetheart Stroll – Celebrate Valentines Day with a candle-lit hike through the trails of Heritage Park. Southfield Free Summer Concerts
Southfield Free Summer Concerts – Southfield Gazebo Summer Concert Series, Eat to the Beat, Summer in the City, and Kids Concerts concerts are happening this summer. Southfield will be hosting the Gazebo Summer Concert series at Burgh Historical Park on Tuesday evenings from 7p-8:30p. Bring the family and enjoy the music!
You can also enjoy the Eat to the Beat summer morning concert series on select one Thursday a month at Civic Center Drive and Central Park Boulevard, and the Friday Night Concert Series at the Southfield Municipal Complex.
