Kids can enjoy hayrides, trike track, straw mountain, corn mazes, Bunnyville farm, a petting farm, and many Halloween attractions every day in September and October. Must purchase a day pass to the event to receive the hayrides, they don’t sell hayride pass tickets ala carte. $5 hayrides, $5 corn maze. You can also reserve evening hayrides to a bonfire. Don’t forget there is also Fall fun for the younger ones. Barn Yard Play Land had modern playground equipment in a fun kids barn, a John Deere trike track, Peter Rabbit bunny village, lots of farm animals, and educational tutorials. Cash only. Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. This program is designed for people with different sensory processing abilities and their families. An accessible, relaxed paced hike on a 1/3-mile of paved Pondside Trail. Leave from the Park Office Picnic Shelter to explore using senses in nature through interactive demonstration, like searching for camouflaged objects, learning bird calls, feeling different textures, and scent investigation with scent jars.
