Ford House is offering free admission to kids 12 and under and free learners’ activity kits. Kits include items like a birding guide, leaf-identification pack, coloring pages, binoculars and more (tailored by age) that children and their parents can do together on the estate. Kids 12 and under can pick up an educational kit onsite for free and discover the estate while completing fun learning activities tailored to their age group. Designed to complement various educational standards through hands-on experiences, activities are centered on outdoor nature science. The kit was created by Ford House’s education team. Community Park (Catalpa, between Gardner & Robina)
The parade route will include Community Park and the Community Baseball Fields. To maintain social distancing on the Parade route, Parks and Recreation will mark the ground so families (parents, grandparents, and all) can find a nice spot to enjoy the show. Commerce Twp Weekend Events – Glenlore Trails The Haunted Forest

Come explore new sections of trail and scenic elements found within the Putrid Pumpkin Patch, Phantom Forest, and the Castle Ruin in this seasonal variation of Glenlore Trails. The Haunted Forest is appropriate for all ages. A family-friendly, socially-distant outdoor experience. The entire event takes around 45 minutes, depending on your speed of walking. Masks are required to participate. tickets are $25 for ages 13+, $15 for ages 4-12, FREE for kids under 3. All tickets purchased online only require a processing fee. Tickets are sold in 1/2 hour increments beginning at 7p with the last group time offered to purchase at 11p. All events are held on Tuesdays through Sundays from 7p-midnight.
